What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end research projects (mostly quantitative, with opportunities to learn qualitative).
- Assist in questionnaire development, data checks, and basic analysis.
- Work closely with the team to turn data into clear, meaningful insights.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for clients.
- Learn research frameworks, tools, and Upsize’s way of thinking (EveryTHINK Matters!).
Requirements (Please read carefully before applying!)
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant majors.
- Fresh graduates are welcome — but 1–2 years of market research experience is a strong plus.
- Passionate about marketing, consumer behavior, and data analytics.
- Comfortable working with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and willing to learn data tools.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willing to work fully from our office in South Jakarta (not hybrid/remote).
- Detail-oriented, curious, responsible, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
